特厚煤层综放工作面大面积压架机制及防治技术研究

The Study on the Mechanism and Prevention of Large Crushing in Fully Mechanized Working Face of Extremely Thick Coal Seam

摘要: 针对崔木煤矿压架灾害,依据特厚煤层综放开采覆岩空间结构破坏矿压显现特征,分析了特厚煤层综放开采大面积压架的可控及不可控影响因素,并以优化可控因素、弱化不可控因素为原则提出了有效的防治技术。研究表明,支架工作阻力、初撑力、支撑效率、顶板水、工作面推进速度等因素对于防治特厚煤层综放工作面大面积压架尤为关键,通过提高支架工作阻力及初撑力、优化支架架型、加快工作面推进速度、弱化顶板水影响等措施可以有效的避免特厚煤层综放工作面大面积压架灾害事故的发生。

Abstract: Abstract:According to the charcaters of overlying strata structure and failure in fully mechanized working face of extremely thick coal seam,and the disaster of pressure frame in CuiMu,the author analyzed the controllable and uncontrollable factors of crushing,proposed effective prevention techniques on the principle of optimizing the controllable factors and regulating uncoontrollable factors. The studies have shown that the factors cluding support resistance,setting load,support efficiency,roof water and the speed of working are particularly critical to the crushing preventionm,by increasing support resistance and setting load, optimizing support construction, accelerate the speed of face advance, weakening the impact of roof water can effectively prevent the occurrence of large crushing disaster incidents in extremely thick seam mining face .
